Once students get their results and the course offer is confirmed, they will receive an acceptance letter. This letter may be picked up in person at the Language Center on presentation of a photocopy of their passport. This letter should be taken to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to get a student visa.

People who have diplomatic visa or residence visa with study permit do not need to follow this visa procedure.
After receiving the visa, students need to go to the Language Center where they will be given a receipt for the course costs. This can then be paid at Banco Occidente in cash or at the University Finance Office by credit card. 
Once they pay the receipt, students need to formalize their registration. To do this, students need to provide a photocopy of their passport, two passport size photos and the completed registration form. At the end of this process, the student will be registered officially in the course.
